Andrew Doughtie is the Executive Vice President for Broe Real Estate
Group. He has over 30 years of extensive real estate investment, asset
management, acquisitions and management experience. Most recently, he
served as First Vice President/Portfolio Manager for ProLogis based in Denver, CO. At ProLogis, Mr. Doughtie managed a number of very large
institutional real estate portfolios (AUM over $5.5 billion core),
providing day-to-day management, asset management, strategic direction,
and direction of all leasing and property management functions, and was
directly responsible for all communications with the
institutional/pension fund partners in those portfolios.
Prior to that,
Mr. Doughtie held the role of Portfolio Manager at Westbrook Partners
d/b/a Terrabrook (AUM over $1.0 billion opportunistic) in Dallas, TX.
Additionally, Mr. Doughtie held the role of Vice President/Managing
Director for AMRESCO Management, Inc., also in Dallas (AUM over $1.3
billion opportunistic-distressed assets).
Mr.
Doughtie received his MBA in Finance from A.B. Freeman School of
Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in
Real Estate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
